It was always going to happen, I'm just surprised it took Roman this long. He'd lost the players (particularly Hazard) and was a big chance at losing him in January. Success went to his head.

Whomever takes over has a very tough act to follow. You'd think Roman has someone big coming in for next season if he got rid of Jose. Simeone or Guardiola would be the best bets.

It might mean the return of Eva as well. Woohoo!

I do not respect anything he has done since 1999.

A 3rd place in a world cup, an eredivise title and a Bundesliga title with Bayern. The latter would be the highlight and winning the league with Bayern is barely a par season.

Champions league in 1995 and back to back La Liga in 98-99 is the noteworthy achievements in his career IMO

It's nothing that commands a lot of respect or emits an aura. Even Brendan Rodgers could win the bundesliga with Bayern.
