Terrible call.. his entire body ended up in the in-goal. Was he supposed to hold the ball up? Totally different to when someone lands a meter short and reaches out...

He was on his back with the ball held up, then he reached out to promote the ball and find the ground. If he doesn't do that, he doesn't score.

It's clear in the rules that you cannot improve the ball's position once you have touched the ground. I'd consider what he did to be improving the position of the ball, wouldn't you?

It's pedantic I suppose, but it's also correct. They are called "rules" and not "guidelines" for a reason

If ever there was a game where the Broncos could turn things around, it'd be this one.

They've been dead since the Storm killed them off. Beating Souths doesn't count- the Knights will probably get a win against them too.

Tonight was the eulogy. Mentally, the Broncos are already counting down to Mad Monday. They're finished. Seeya Corey.

I gotta say, I thought Fergo would of failed miserably at fullback... He's been quite good the last two games.

This has got to be one of the most mentally weak Broncos sides of all time.

Shameful shit, maybe Walters should take over.

I thought the call to disallow the try was correct. Arm hit the ground and there was 2nd effort Simple.

What's "embarrassment to the game" is the commentators going on about a penalty for 10 minutes and not calling the football.

Gus said it was like a speeding fine for going 111 in a 110 zone and being pedantic. In essence what he's saying is the entertainment value of the game is more important than the rules.

Anyway the Broncos are pretty shit. Hunt and Milford can't run their team. James Roberts is Forrest Gump. Can run. That's about it.
