Both were on the ground, Kasiano as he was getting up kicked Parker in the face.

It was a completely unnatural action based on his body position, had to be deliberate.

Completely agree. They had a chance to take back control by sending Kasiano off, and they once again failed.

The send off is well and truly dead because the refs are cowards.
