Tough away in NZ to start the season.

No game in Brisbane, which after the last few seasons is probably a good thing.

Seems like the Knights have been the laboratory guinea pig for the new Friday 6pm timeslot. 6 games in the first 20 rounds in that timeslot, include back-to-back home matches vs Bulldogs/Roosters in Rounds 6/7.

Also, only one Ch9 match in the first 20 rounds (vs Bulldogs at Belmore, Rd 18)

The current draw setup is so unbalanced. they need to reduce the number of rounds or something to even things up

It's not really that unbalanced. The top 8 makes up half of the competition - of course we're going to play most of them twice. Almost perfectly balanced would be playing 5 of them twice, but it's not really that much of a difference. Plus we were in the bottom 8, so there are only 7 other bottom eight sides to play.
