Deadset. Tigers got a lot of cheap late tackle penalties.

Tigers had 9 penalties. 50% possession and the crowd behind them. They only scored a single penalty goal. They bombed about 4 or 5 tries on the last pass or the grounding.
Correctamundo.

Hahahaha shut up Clifford you idiot Tedesco didn't even hold him up he tackled him and TMM rolled over and lost the ball, if he holds it he finishes under tedesco with the ball on the ground go check the highlights and Moylan nails that kick 9 times out of 10, there wasnt a tiger within 15 metres it didn't even need to be a good kick he just fluffed it. It doesn't matter tho, we only had 36 and you only had 2, a comprehensive win by us.
Correct!!!!!

Penrith had 56% posssssion lol

We bombed 5 tries that probably 9/10 we score and it's a different ball game completely

16 errors
Where did you pull the 56% from?

Nrlstats has 50%
Nrl.com has Panthers 51%
Nrl app has Panthers 51%

9 penalties to 4 in favor of Tigers

OK here is the Martin kick for the Latu try. Latu is on the right (No 15) with his back foot on the ground as the ball is kicked. Appears to be clearly onside.

My eyes might be bad, but he is clearly infront of the dude who is on the inside of him and even he was offside. I dunno how you can be so definitive it's on side

Was worth a look at atleast

What you are looking at is the back foot that is on the ground when the ball is kicked, not where his head is. Latu's back foot looks to be inline with Martin (at least) at the moment the ball was kicked. I'm guessing they had a pretty good view of it. Maybe the bunker gave a heads up. They are very quick with onsides.

The players close to Cleary on his right are in front of him.And so is Latu.

So in taking consideration of the bombed tries by the Tigers, and the offside of the Panthers,I'll adjust the full-time score 36-2 to 30-20. Have to keep in mind though that all conversions are not guaranteed.

So take the goals away, and you have 30-14.

And if you add the fact that we were not at full strength with 4 players missing, and I think one Tiger @ the TAB, the final score revised whilst taking everything in consideration: 54-14.

I'm not using hypotheticals mate

We had 2 second rowers, a utility and a centre on the bench

That was also the most contained I've seen Tedesco, yet he had a fairly good game still I thought

It clearly showed how weak our Bench was when woods and Ava went off in the 30th minute then you guys piled on the points and we virtually gave up

I think it was just really bad coaching tbh, I think we'll be ok

Your team be OK,Cliff. I've tipped your mob to bounce back against the clap in Canberra.

A perfect storm beat your lot yesterday with a myriad of reasons. They'll soon get rectified.

We beat a side that Penrith are clearly better than. No need to argue about 1 try.

I just think we are a better side than what we dished up yesty. Exactly how you guys would have felt after getting spanked by saints the week before

Better bench selections and it may have been more competitive

Especially a try where its not clear as day whether he is onside or not. If ref goes up try. Video referee doesn't overturn it. It's inconclusive.

Likewise if he said no try. That decision would stand. But they made a call and the bunker would have just backed them anyway.

i think your post mearly proves our point. latu looks obviously offside.

it doesnt exactly matter though. my guess is brooks would have failed to find touch from the penalty, edwards would have got it, beat 5 players and scored under the posts.
