My only hope is that the Storm are at least kind enough to offer us some lube before the ramming.

Storm by 16. Which will probably be their smallest win margin the rest of the season.

I thought this might be a grand final preview but now I'm not so sure.

Melbourne to win

Our only chance is if Melbourne have a stock standard down week that most top teams have at this time of year.

I actually rate us a better chance than last week as we rarely beat Manly. Still only a slim chance though.

About this time last year, the Storm were humming along in 1st place with daylight second, and they got smacked at home by the Broncos coming off a slump. It can happen. I think we should just play out the season just in case rather than award them the title now.

Storm.

But not a big margin. Chooks should get back Cordner and Friend for this, should they not?

Friend + Cordner + Taukeiaho is a completely different roosters side to the one that got pumped in the 2nd half v manly. Expecting a close game.

I don't believe Storm are that much better than everyone else. Just more consistent. Doesn't necessarily count for much once the finals come around.

We gon smash these fools
Won't surprise me at all. The Storm just don't need to win this match so won't be showing another contender any of their secrets. Apart from the $20 you get for winning the Giltinan Shield, they only need to finish above 3rd to get the 2 home finals. They'd have to lose every game to finish 3rd, including the Kinghts.
