Wouldve been better to just score more tries earlier and not relieve the pressure for the opposition to score any tries.

Cowboys f**ked up there. Luckily they managed to get momentum back eventually. But sacrificing it to take a 10 point lead instead of 8 cost you 12 points agaibst also.

I don't know but the defender was well able to tackle Ponga...he knew Cooper didn't have the ball and just wanted to push him off.

I agree, and that is why the obstruction ruling the NRL has invented is rubbish, as it encourages crap defense to milk penalties.

But that was clearly caught well before the inside shoulder of the defender, then he ran past the line of the defender, and when the NRL wants this to be black and white, that is a blatant disregard from a video referee of the NRL's (stupid) rule.

We should just use the "Free play" rule that is in Super League when a mistake is made if we are allowing passes to be made and still saying that is no advantage.

This lengthy advantage has been going on for a while, and it would be better to just formalise it into a rule, so all teams get the long advantage every time.
