He should never have had this job opportunity. But if he didnt we wouldnt have ever known he could be a competent coach.

Raiders got lucky... it looked a horrible mistake. But now Raiders are a team every club would fear knowing how destructive they can be. Might not be consistent. But they are good to watch.
