Would have been better off killing Thursday night this Rd .. and having a Tuesday or Wednesday night game
It's almost like there are two games on Wednesday... including one on Wednesday night.

Anyway I think NRL got it right scheduling ANZAC Day being Wednesday - AFL's current round finishes Wednesday after no game Monday and a Tuesday night game - then all four teams have shitty 4 day turnarounds to Sunday. NRL meanwhile held the round the weekend before and guaranteed minimum 5-days for all four sides (Roosters 6).

I think because the Storm pushed for this to be their "event" game and the fact that it falls on Wednesday this year, would dick around the rest of the draw.

I'm still amazed they didn't play the Storm/Broncos on Thursday night last round TBH.

Plus the fact that the Warriors are now the traditional opponent and that covers the NZ ANZAC day representation too, especially if the game rotates to Auckland on occasion (though generally I’m happy when th it staying in Melbourne)

It was after all, a mirror image of Raider size crowds. You should feel at home.

Raiders last home game
the 1-4 Raiders up against the 0-5 Parramatta

played in a cyclone
12,368

yesterdays game
the 2-4 Sharks up against the 5-1 Panthers with cross club player movements galore in the of season
on a glorious Sunday afternoon
12,377

yeah
a mirror image hey .... hahahahahaha

lazy
passionless
undeserving of a team

we need to expand our game & find fans worthy of clubs

Raiders have this huge catchment area, including the ACT population. An all seater stadium.More members than the Sharks(which you constantly lose your gonads about) ,a Viking clapper.Yet ordinary crowds.
Send em to Adelaide. They are too far away from major cities.

If you believe a stadium(capacity off 20,000) that was more than 3/4 full with few unused seats ,with thousands of young kids there, had the figure stated, then you have complete faith in our politicians.
On the basis of the crowd figure, the stadiums capacity would be 16,000 max.not 19/20,000

6 Sydney clubs playing for 35k fans attending is disappointing, frick scheduling and Thursday nights! Why not play the sharks or eels game Thurs night and at least tried to get a decent Bulldogs game crowd on a sunday? Those two sunday slots were wasted on them fixtures. Good job Broncos were at home or we'd have been looking at a sub 14k avg!

Are you saying that the Sharks are lie'ing to the NRL and public about attendances so they can circumnavigate health and safety requirements? That's a very big claim!

just sounds like another excuse to me LOL

? Must admit I've overestimated crowds at Shark park consistently. And have been on the mark or near enough elsewhere! To the eye it looks very much like Shark Park crowd figures are absolutely higher than anounced.

Pot v kettle.Keep em up champ, your Olympic Class.

If you bragging about passion, your mob should fill the stadium, regardless of table position.

I'm leaving it open ,whether kids are included.I've seen crowds there for 40 years of various shapes and sizes. The stadium capacity to Stadiums Aus,is supposedly 22,000.
Your making that assumption as usual.

I assume those figures are from the Tele given how much misprinted rubbish they've come out with in just one edition.

Brisbane v Melbourne was 37,209, some 4.5k+ more than you claim. Perhaps reassess.
