Getting p[enalised in possession for not playing the ball with your foot is like getting 10 years in Long Bay for jaywalking.

There are 20+ every game still that could be penalised, but aren't. Terrible rule to crack down on; a penalty against the team in possession is a huge turn around, and it is really rather randomly applied.

And the actual important things can get missed as the referees spend time watching the play the ball.
