The winner of this probably sneaks into the 8 but will be cannon fodder in the finals

Cannot see a repeat of our 1st clash here if we play the like the last 2 weeks + Benjis 300th. We did enough to beat the Roosters last week if it wasn't for a 10 mins lapse in concentration

Btw hearing it's a near sellout. GA almost gone

Tigers fate to be determined over the next three games against top 8 sides. The teams on 16 (Tigers, Sharks, Panthers) all need to win 6 from 9 to make it. Eels have a bit more breathing space, but won't if they lose this. Eels win would be good but its a toss up.

This will be a good contest. As mentioned above, huge implications for the season.

If Tigers play as well as they did last week then they will give us a spanking.

The last 3 weeks Wests forwards have gotten over the top of their opponents, even Trent Robinson said we won the physical battle on Friday night. Problem is our play makers and backs are fairly second rate and arent able to take advantage of this.

If our forwards can get on top against the Eels they're a team who can fall apart quickly and conceede plenty of points. It also goes the other way though, if they get momentum they can put on 3-4 quick tries better then most teams in the comp.

I'd like to think we have plenty of motivation with revenge from Easter Monday and Benji's 300th. I'm not sure how the Eels go but our record after a week off is terrible (we actually have a better record from 5 day turn arounds then 7 day+) so that could be against them. Going to tip us by 10 but thats more on hope then anything else.

Potentially GOTR. Tigpies will need to dig deep if they wanna win this one and I think they will. Parra seem destined for a 9th placed finish in 2019

Watching all the player interviews the Tigers seem extremely pumped to win for Benji. Guys like Nofoaluma, Brooks, Aloiai etc saying how he was their idol growing up and Robbie/Lawrence about how he made their careers.

Looks like we’re taking this very seriously and are primed for it.

Eels by 28.

Haha the accuracy

I don't think we've won a big occasion match in ages in all honestly

Tigers to have revenge for last time. Last game was pretty crazy how it unfolded really, not sure it'll happen again - it really was the perfect storm: Tigers giving away penalties and/or errors, Eels building pressure, players getting tired and/or senior players injured and scrambling in position causing more disruption, big occasion...... was a great game to watch.

Though Tigers showed they can make a fast start too when they played Brisbane this year (pretty sure it was Brisbane?!).

Tigers in a high scoring affair for Benji.
