We are a better team than we were in magic round. A few tries in that game came directly from Williams shoddy defence as well.

Get hyped. We're in this thing up to our earballs.

Should be a cracker. Will have Cotric and BJ back.
I think BJ will be named in the extended squad but would be surprised if he plays. I really want to see BJ vs Mitchell but I think it will have to wait for the finals.

Lol @ nine picking the other trash over this. Should be a cracker! Picking Roosters by 4 but would love a Green Machine win to really make the season interesting.

I reckon the Raiders have it in them to beat the Roosters once this year. So by that token the Raiders probably want to save that one win for the finals.

Were the Raiders the last team to beat the Roosters last year?

No. We lost b2b to the Raiders then the Broncos. The Raiders played great then we basically tanked vs the Broncos as we geared up for the finals.

We haven’t tasted success in Canberra since 2010. Unfortunately I’m tipping that trend will continue.

This has a similar feel to our first game against Newcastle.

We are fat better placed now to handle that occassion than 3 months ago.

Will be very tight.

Weather forecast looks grim. Top of 8 degrees and rain.

Oh goody, looks like another year of sitting in the grandstand, have been down the last two years and both time the weather has looked iffy before the game so have sat in the grandstand , I like sitting in the outer at Canberra but my better half likes the comfort of the grandstand which was fortunate last year with the sleet. Did check the advanced weather for the weekend and while cold Saturday is the predicted rain day and Sunday supposed to be sunny.

Horrie, I’m heading out to the game, PM me if you like. We sit in the outer, usually in the away supporters bay.
