Especially if you're the designated spoon team.20-8 dangerous score to lead by...
I'm going to start supporting them. We can be Panther Pals!
Ideal scenario: Knights lose, Souths beat Manly by 14, We beat tigers by 20
We assume 5th spot after 17 rounds
Euphemism for surePanthers didn't go the way you wanted but...in addition to 5th, if the other games go our way, we'll be 4 points clear of 9th.
Touch wood.
Well if the Eels win tomorrow I'll be touching wood.Euphemism for sure

In 2019 you can knock it 1m back and it’s called a knock on.That was an absolute disgrace of a call to award that try...didn’t even go upstairs.
Because he has to regain control before batting it back. By the time Cody walker touched it he had juggled it about 2m forward. Why can't he bat it back in that instance?
I know they are terrible with their consistency but he definitely finally batted it back.
Typical Atkins. Terrible referee.Because he has to regain control before batting it back. By the time Cody walker touched it he had juggled it about 2m forward.

Because no one from the opposition has touched it before it hits their foot. They are two completely different scenarios. Then why can they literally fumble it onto their foot and it be classed as a kick and no knock on?
I don't have an issue with it being called a knock back in that case however they NEVER call it that way!
