Too much weights not enough speed work.Their forwards depth is poor as well. A couple of top 17 players out and they are ratshit. Too many backups not enough depth players.

Inglis is full of excuses, can’t stand the POS.
He’s almost as protected as his mates Slater and Smith.
So you approve of Inglis???is there anyone you approve of ?
So you approve of Inglis???
Oh and to answer your question Twiz no not really.
So like a said a POS.I rate GI on even par with Cam Smith
Parra & Penrith have a machine which takes the weight of your body and provides leg resistance. So guys with leg injuries can get the km's in their legs without the stress to the injury. I imagine they aren't the only clubs that have that. Rusty should buy them one.I heard on the Matty Johns podcast (with Kent & Hooper) that Inglis's knee is so chronic that he does not train at all other than the captains run.
Bennett has no choice but to play him because that's the only way that he can claw back some fitness.
You'd think that he could lose some of that beef swimming or water running, but does doesn't do anything like that.

There's loads of ways he could lose the beef without overly heavy impact on his knee.
The fat f**k is just lazy. If Bennett had half the footy brains and balls he's credited with he'd drop the big marshmallow until he gets his act together.
is there anyone you approve of ?
Maybe you can’t use those machines when it’s raining???Parra & Penrith have a machine which takes the weight of your body and provides leg resistance. Admiral FTW!!!Hiney is a massive Mathew Wade fan, as are many of us in the cricket forum, including Bazal...
Far too big for his knees...........That extra weight he’s carrying certainly isn’t doing his already dodgy knees any good.
