Both of which you can't do, use your body to try and stop the try not your feet. Clear penalty try.

It was 50/50 at best. The bunker said he used his foot which was clearly incorrect. Olam attempted to ground the ball on May's leg, just below the knee. This rule was introduced for safety, so a full blooded kick would not injure a player scoring. This was a completely different scenario to what the rule was meant to cover, but of course that happens all the time in this game.
