As I suspected your memory is shot. The game you are referring to was round 4, 2003, and the score was 22-12 at halftime. This was the loss prior to the start of the club record 8 game winning run, which was equalled in this match.

It used to be The Nepean Hotel, it got a big reno & turned into O'Donoghues in around 1997.
Going back a few years. Just checked on Goo-maps and its an Irish pub.
