Some very one-sided games as far as betting odds goes this weekend

6 teams at $5.50 or worse odds. No team better than Roosters at piling on points in these games either.

Surely the Roosters will just want to get through this without injury. Probably the best way of achieving that would be to run through the Sharks like a dose of salts in the first 20 and then just cruise. The Sharks have nothing to gain from winning this game. They can't get a home final, they probably can't even rise to 7th. It looks like they will play the Raiders two weeks running. That'll be a nice reminder of 2016.

I'm interested to see what team we name, you would think this would be the opportunity to rest a few.

Raiders is probably the best bet for us tbh.

Roosters will be coasting through the last few games. Resting players would be a smart move, providing they firstly sew up a top 4 spot. Get this game in the bag then pull back on the throttle. Easts 28-14.

Shows how lopsided this season is when 3rd v 8th is $1.09 vs $7.50. Massive gulf between the top 6 sides and the rest

It's the 6 again rule, it is accentuating any gap in ability within the teams this season IMO. 6 teams this week are $5.50 or worse which is unheard of.

Last year in the same situation sharks are probably $3.50-4.

Having said that they did beat us at around these odds in 2015 I think it was.

Roosters are resting both Tedesco and Taukeiaho. Joseph Manu to play fullback and Mitchell Aubusson named to start at centre (which will see him break Minichiello's record of most first grade games for the club).

Roosters team - 1. Joseph Manu 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Josh Morris 4. Mitchell Aubusson 5. Brett Morris 6. Luke Keary 7. Kyle Flanagan 8. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves 9. Jake Friend 10. Lindsay Collins 11. Matt Ikuvalu.

I can see us annihilating them in the last round then they will come back and knock us out in week 1 finals. Like in 2009 when the Eels beat the Dragons (famous Hayne try) after being hammered by them the week before.
