49ers defense doing a great job of keeping them in the game. Jimmy G seemingly doing all he can to take them out.

No throw is best throw for Jimmy G

That's the biggest Packers choke yet.
They had this until that blocked punt.
Well done 49ers. Brilliant defense and run game.

Surely Green Bay in play off time is the worst place for a QB.

The weather nullifies their biggest asset.
True. Manning was also knocked out in bad weather a few times. He had his successes in the playoffs vs Brady in a Dome and clear Denver skies. My point is more that everything that could possibly go wrong for them both in the playoffs, tends to happen. Whether it is the run game or defence not showing up, special teams blunders or coaching blunders (and occasionally their own poor play), they have tended to fail at this exact point despite having electric regular seasons.

Meanwhile Patriots era Brady could play like a complete turd in the playoffs at times, even hurting his team, and still win.

Imagine having the best player in the league and losing because your special teams are balls.

Rodgers is probably the mvp this year, and probably has a few years left. He needs to get the f**k out of Green Bay if he wants to accomplish anything in them.

Packers aren't far off from blowing it all up. At best they get one more year from Rodgers by pushing cap even further down the road.

Already 40mil over next years cap without re-signing Adams.

Rodgers already said after the game he has no interest in being part of a rebuild.

he could have helped his cause by actually leading the offense to some points. how many punts in a row did he lead the offense to in the game?

this is nothing new for the packers. they have lost so many games in the playoffs where they were favourites to win.

sometimes the best player in the league has to help himself.
