Bad luck panthers, thought the scoreline wasn’t an indication of the game. Edwards and JFH were very good. A few of the guys like Sorensen, Kenny, May and Jennings, well let’s just hope you don’t need to use them again

The Tigers were quite good tonight, very physical and had proper combinations in their spine that we lacked. I admit that we were quite poor, even considering the 8 players out. We shouldn't have lost by that much and we'll have to learn from this for the next time we have all those key players out. Don't pick bloody Tyrone May at half FFS...

Luckily we won't have to miss all those origin players again this year thanks to game 2 being a stand alone weekend and game 3 being a bye.
