We don’t know what the head space of the Cronulla players will be like after the Morris saga. He might not even be there by week’s end.

Sharks season is done. Hannay as interim coach won't get it done.

Newcastle fairly easily, I think.

This Year?

I found it hard to tip. That Sharks side sure has some talent in it, but tipped the Knights based on a couple of inclusions and being the home team.
Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Sharks pumped them.

It’s been a f**ked up week for Sharks and can’t see how they get their heads together to play footy. Then again, we’ve often seen teams win their first game under a caretaker coach. Both clubs have a lot to play for. Enough dilly-dallying from me so Knights at home by 8.

A lot of players are playing for new contracts, not for the coaches contract.....pretty funny not many people have realised what the club are actually doing for this season alone.

The Sharks led the Roosters by 14 at the 60 minute mark with 2 concussions before being overrun late. I wouldn't write them off here. Depends how they scrub up after this week's dramas

I just hope we get a repeat of Townsend's leaping shoulder charge on Ponga.

Greatest moment in Townsend's career outside of being pushed out of the way in the Grand Final as part of the 2016 Grand Final opening try.
