That's right, it's that exciting time of year!!! Origin squads are finally being named in the next 24 hours so it's a good time to start this thread. Let the debate and discussion around another cracking Origin series begin!! Really looking forward to this series as I feel like it should be a great contest.

Firstly, congrats to all our boys who have been selected!! Very proud of them all! A great achievement and a good reward for their efforts so far this year. Fantastic to see Trell back in the Origin arena, he certainly deserves it and it's great to see Cookie retain his spot. Cam Murray gets his first Origin start in the second row so well done to him, that's a huge career moment for him! Big congrats to Cammy graham who has made the extended squad too! A big achievement for him too as it means he's well and truely on the radar and surely an Origin debut ain't too far away. So proud of all our boys!!

I think Cody should consider himself unlucky to miss out. Yea, fair enough that Luai starts at six but Cody has been in far better form than Wighton. Cody has been fantastic while Wighton has been average I reckon. I get Wighton's utility value but Cody should still be considered very unlucky.

Anyway, that's one hell of a side for NSW!!

Huge congrats to all our Rabbitohs named in the Maroons squad!! Fantastic to see Gags, Jai and Jaydn have all retained their spots. Once again, I am so bloody proud of them and it's a great reward for their efforts. That brings our total Origin representation to seven. That's a whopping number for a club and it shows how strong we are. Seven Origin reps is amazing!!

It's not the strongest Maroons squad that's for sure and it could get weaker with all the injury clouds they have hanging over them. Really hoping all those guys are good to go as you always want Origin to be a great spectical. Keep in mind that everyone said how weak Queensland was last year and look what happened.

Yessssss!!! That is so firggin awesome!! Yet another proud Souths fan moment haha. Huge congrats to him though, he bloody deserves it!! I know he's not going to debut in Origin just yet but like Campbell, it shows that it's on the horizon for him, the experience he'll get from it will be amazing and he'll learn a lot. Bloody awesome!
