Northern Pride also experiencing the same issues as the Clydesdales.

"Refuse to play as want to win" seems to be a recurring theme so they'd rather play in the Twmba A Grade comp. I don't think the Clydesdales had a big squad to start with. Haven't seen many move up from their Mal Meninga squad either.

Norths Devils and Brisbane Tigers will face off in their delayed Round 7 Hastings Deering Colts match this weekend, after the original match was postponed due to flooding.

The game, originally scheduled for the weekend of May 20-22, will take place this Friday night at Bishop Park on July 22.

Ipswich Jets will host Brisbane Tigers in the only game of Hastings Deering Colts to be played in Round 14 - Week 1 of the competition.

Action takes place on Sunday, July 31. All other teams will be in action on the weekend of August 6 - August 7.

The remaining teams in the competition are in action this weekend to complete Round 14, with Ipswich Jets and Brisbane Tigers having faced off last weekend.

The Tigers proved too strong for the Jets and both teams will now have the weekend off before all teams take part in Round 18 taking place in August 13-14.

A ‘Super Saturday’ will close out another enthralling Hostplus Cup season, with the Queensland Rugby League today confirming an attractive four-match grand final day schedule.

Already one of the premier events on the Queensland league calendar, this year’s match-day program will go to a new level on the Saturday afternoon of September 24.

Headlining the action at Moreton Daily Stadium is the Hostplus Cup grand final, with the highly-anticipated 3.15pm match to be broadcast live on Channel 9.

Disappointing to see the Pride forfeit their game against the Dolphins today. The Blackhawks could have helped them out with their stockpiled talent.
