Be close if we play like we did in first half against Canb.
if we have a 2nd half like we did Broncos will win .
Think Toddy will be correcting that issue this week .

Cowboys attack looked more impressive, albeit in dry conditions.

Not sure how Walsh goes in his first game. Cows by 6

This will be the game of the round.

NQL are playing well and look very structured, disciplined and can match the best teams.

Brisbane will want to keep the momentum going with the Dolphins lurking.

Aren't Cows fans slightly concerned about how easily Canberra came back to almost win that game on the weekend? They are a great attacking team but I'm not quite sold on them defensively.

I actually think the Broncs win this. They looked much better against the Cows in the trials a few weeks ago too.

Broncs will be keen and bushy tailed after that win over the Panthers. Their backline is a lethal one and will punch holes in the Cows outside backs. broncos win 28-12

Walsh was unbelievable in the trial against a near full strength Titans, he brings anything like that to this game and we'll be hard to beat based on how we defended against Penrith

First Grade
One positive is we played pretty shit and still beat Penrith.

Walsh to have a blinder please

Living in a strange paradigm these days where I actually want Broncos to be successful. North Qld were incredibly boring in attack last week - Chad puts a kick at end of seat to the fullback who catches it on the full and gets back to the thirty, rinse and repeat. They're lacking a little spark, but maybe it was the heat? They certainly have enough attack to do damage.

Heck of a game for Walsh to debut for Brisbane. Probably a bundle of nerves, and they're a young squad too....so it's a toss of the coin.
