I guess we'll have to wait for Wayne to arrive in order for more changes to our roster to be confirmed. Wayne will undoubtedly have to tap several players on the shoulder as needing to move on, including some who are contracted longer than just to the end of this year. Then, he will have some cap room to make some more desirable acquisitions. He'll have in mind who those players are, and we have speculated on them too (no, not Trell!), but Souths can't move on signing too many more new players until cap space has been created.

Need to be patient.

Parra have been reported as willing to pay some of his freight for next year so totally agree. He's not the force he used to be but under Wayne, maybe he still could be. 350 is reasonable.

We shouldn't live our lives ruled by fear. For every Mansour, there are 2 Luke Brooks or Nathan Browns - players who would also have been poo pooed this time last year had they been mentioned.

It makes me chuckle looking around the league and seeing how many players that have been bought by other teams have been run away successes - look at the Dogs, Manly, Dragons just to name a few who have bought players that people on forums like these would have slammed before the season had started as being poor decisions and they have been surprisingly good.

I’m 50/50 on sivo I think we need to sign young blokes like Munro so we future proof the side ,buys like sivo could be good short term but in a couple of years we are back in the market again looking for a winger and we don’t know how AJ will come back from injury he has been one of the quickest wingers for a few years now but he did look a bit slow on occasions this year and I think south’s don’t seem to put much thought into the wing position it’s been a bit of an Achilles heal for us for awhile now.

Hasn’t he been in and out all year on poor form, injury and suspension? I just don’t think he’s what we need. Surely we have better options than Sivo. I’m not trying to win anything. I’m happy to stand corrected as well.
