There’s a new stand on one end I think it will make leichardt a 18/19k capacity.

It already has 19k capacity, I was there for a game against the Sharks in 2019, and there were 19,491 there that day, there have been literally zero changes to the ground other than replacing that fence that fell over at the GPS rugby game.

I agree that the handling of events rather than games is confusing with different means of measurement but it is certainly up by between 3 and 5 %

Ah, that explains it. That doesn't get corrected until the final round.
