Banana skin match for Manly. Their record at this ground is not good. Played well last week but the previous week was atrocious. The reverse is true for Newcastle. Rubbish last week but good against the Panthers.

Manly under Seibold don’t like stringing wins together. They need a Ben Kennedy type player to lead the way and keep their mind on the job. Sipley back is a bit of a defensive risk. Gagai might channel his SOO form. Ponga is overdue for a good game. If Manly score in the first few minutes they’ll check out mentally and lose. Pencil in Lucas for a try. MOTM Fletcher Sharpe .

That Knights side is probably one of the worst/least experienced I’ve seen named in the NRL era. You’ll be fine.

This is really lose/lose for both teams though. Win and it just keeps each teams shitty coach around for longer.
