Warriors deserve this loss

Titans by far the better side

Warriors fluked last week
Yeah Titans were good today but can’t deny Aus media have been riding that narrative since LM went down, the way the refs control momentum with some suspect calls opens it up to scrutiny tho..

The Titans play with great width in attack. And Campbell has been in great form. That 20m left to right pass to put DeGroot in for the opening try last week was a thing of beauty. Nobody else in the NRL could have thrown that apart from Katoa . Not even Lachie. If Galvin’s pass last week was a 7 out of ten , Campbell’s was a ten. And his cross kick to DeGroot was just as good. But you wouldn’t have read about that anywhere in the media.

Pencil in tries to Kelly/Sami/DeGroot /Jojo Fifita for the Titans .Jojo Fifita has some serious wheels . Chris Randall for anytime tryscorer. Has looked good recently .For the Warriors RTS will like his chances against DeGroot and DWZ might score either from a cross field kick or as a result of Kelly rushing up out of the defensive line and leaving a hole.

Titans by 2
Wayne will be worried now that Souths are last.

9 set restarts. 7 in the 1st half. Four of those in the first half ended in tries. That’s exactly why I don’t like them. And there were at least a dozen ignored in the 2nd half. Totally random enforcement of the rule which has a massive effect on the result.
Completely reversed momentum, and the discretionary way they’re handed out with no challenge or accountability is just suss.
Yes Titans had our number once they clawed it back but had we continued that early dominance and scored the Titans spirit is killed and we probably go on with it.
Games seem far too managed far too often

Nothing to do with doubling the amount of errors they made?

As a neutral, the better team won today. Titans were clearly the better team. Nothing majorly wrong with the reffing today. The ball plant decision was how it has been interpreted all year - note: you shouldn't look at a 'wrong decision' from last week as your guide. The Kiraz call was wrong.

Warriors arsed it last week so were probably due a loss. How the team responds next week is what is important.
