No reason at all to declare before tea. Forecast is for some rain overnight and then maybe showers clearing to a cloudy afternoon. Any time lost in the morning will be made up in the afternoon or next day. No reason to believe that the vast majority of the 180 overs due on the last two days won't be bowled. It's ridiculous to think we need more than 200 overs. A declaration near the last drinks break will leave 190-200 overs left in the game, and frankly it would be very long shot that we'd be coming back for Saturday at all if we bowl anything like we have been lately.
If Clarke's still there at Tea you would expect he'd be a bit past 350. He should then give himself an hour to go for the record. Even if he isn't there at tea I'd bat on a bit just to keep the openers guessing and grind the bowlers down a bit longer.
Certainly bowling some time this afternoon, but no need for more than 60-90 mins. That way the bowlers can go hard, then rest up overnight before coming at them again fresh tomorrow morning with a still newish ball.
