Good to see Moeen back.

Look forward to his batting average of 11.00 and bowling average of 250 in the Ashes.

Ol man Anderson showing a bloke averaging 4 can smash his medium paces when the ball isn't hooping around.

Outside of Root, who in that top 7 is worth feeding? No wonder the poms need 16 allrounders.

Great finish. About time some spice came back into test matches too btw.

Great batting by Root but absolutely shit captaincy. Had the match in his hands but blew it by trying to bounce out Bumrah. Don't think they even bowled a single yorker to the tail.
Never ceases to amaze (infuriate) me how often the bowling attack persist with bouncers to tail enders who aren’t fancied with a bat… but can’t get them out..

its like the red mist sweeps over the field and they forget why they got the real batsmen out in the first place… line/length/plan…

instead they start chest-thumping and usually get stung. It’s usually Australian attacks.. now the poms have joined in.
