3 Matt Keating - smartest hooker in the comp. Gets the forwards going forward , attacks lazy markers, works good angles. Glad we re-signed him to be a key part of our team going forward.
2 Jeff Robson - Outstanding kicking game. Really know how to place a grubber perfectly into the oppositions legs. Cleverly used the kick as a suprise 2nd tackle option, finds about 3metres on his kicks for touch. probably could improve his passing game. Few passes around guys boot laces.
1 Luke Burt - has perfected the art of being Consistently crap, playing 3 or 4 good games around this time of year and being a fan favourite. Still manages to make rookie mistakes despite being a 13 year veteran, and wants the ball to kick pressure field goals despite being about 2/114 in his career. Has played a major role in our losses to Manly, Penrith, and tonight inparticular, with some terrible f**k ups at terrible moments. Great player to build a club culture around. Has even forced our best player to change position to accomodate him at fullback, because he doesnt have the class or defensive prowess to play in the halves himself.
Special mention to Kearney for his smart use of the bench , leaving us with no energy at the end of games.
Bring on 2012.
