Then I can't choose a 3rd between Teigh, BHU (best game in a long time), Ronnie, and B2's ruck play.
A good sign that player levels across the board rose after last week's attacking debacle.

Also thought Jesse looked better when he started running straight
He definitely looked better than he has been lately. I still think he's a bit off though.
That gap he started to run through in the 2nd half would have resulted in a try a while back, his energy just wasn't as full on as it used to be.
Hopefully this is a stepping block game for him.

Seems to have lost a bit of pace but the wet track probably wasn’t ideal I guess. I do like that we’re getting our players back at the right time… touch wood.

He was outstanding yesterday, particularly in defence.
Watch his movement, especially when play moves to the opposite side of where he is.
He slides behind looking to cover. Then, if play switches back, he's straight back into position and the line is secure.
Did a number on Dearden as well.

He's also the one doing all the talking in group huddles.

I've got no qualms with punting McIneffective and making Teig captain.

This is the most games he has played in a row in the NRL off the back of two long injuries.
He might be feeling the fatigue, that takes forwards a few years to get used to
