3 Chances to get 25-30,000 strong crowds...

OK,
Just took a look through the final 3 rounds and i have pinpointed 3 potentially huge games at the SFS which should draw crowds of between 25-30000. Given that the part time roosters supporters get off their bums and st george fans turn up, i can see the following 3 games rightfully attracting huge crowds:
St George/Roosters (SFS) Rd 25
St George/Bulldogs (SFS) Rd 26
Roosters/Parramatta (SFS) Rd 26
All of these games will undoubtedly impact on the top 8 and will give the game of league some momentum heading into the semis....

I think Sharks v Broncos is a 20k game, Sharks v Dogs is a 20k game and this one may surprise but I think Parra v Tigers will draw a big crowd.

Newcastle v Saints could be a sellout, but they say the ground only holds 22,000 now.
I was at the ground when 32,000 people were supposed to be there and the ground now has more seating (about 2000 more) but the ground capacity has officialy dropped by 10,000. I don't know who is playing silly buggers with the numbers, or why they are doing it, but I know something is rotton in the state of Denmark.

Yeah, very suss Roopy....i always thought that 32,000 was a bit of a stretch, but 22,000 now looks ridiculous when they used to quote 32,000 for essentially the same ground.
Perhaps they are trying to make a point to the gov't that they need a bigger bloody ground! How many do you think they could realistically average if lets say, they had a 50,000 seater stadium?

I think if they had a 35'000 all seating stadium they would fill it for the big games and average close to 30,000. The ground is just too uncomfortable in bad weather to get people in at the moment.
If we had a 50,000 seat stadium we could hold SOO and Test matches and sell them out. Most tests would draw bigger crowds in Newcastle than Sydney I think.
