Batting averages when opening the batting as an opener and he is ranked 13th.

Katich averaged 50 as an opener and we threw him in the bin at 35 because he was choked Pup in the SCG Dressing room.

Well he was thrown in the scrapheap cos he was 35 and had just blown an ACL or something from memory, but yes him being a raging lunatic didn't help.

Not worth having blokes like that in the dressing room. Pup (fairly) cops it for being a pretty poor man manager and a pretty divisive character, but blokes love Kat for literally throttling a team mate. Not only that, a young fella in a side where he was an old pro?

A good skipper would have sat him on his arse and sacked him that afternoon tbh.

Bad light in the middle of the day with flood lights on. Teat cricket hates itself
We are the converted when it comes to test cricket. But I'll say this.....compared to other sports around the world, test cricket certainly does its challenges on many levels. This is the sort of thing that just hurts test cricket.

Back in 18 dickety 9 people had no problem watching a 27 day test match.

Times have changed. Light stopping play when we play day/night cricket is flat out ridiculous. Change the colour of the ball to a rainbow for all I care.

So they stopped the game for long enough to allow the rain to come in during what would have been the tea break.

Fortunately for Warner, he is liked by some powerful people in the media. He could so easily have been cast aside like others who have done the wrong things in the past.
He lucky being an unpopular bellend is a prerequisite for his future employer.

was it true that the umps offered Pakistan (during bad light) they can keep playing but only slow pace/spin can be bowled?

why should the bowling team be restricted?

I feel like this question needs to be asked.
Is test cricket racist for not being played in bad light?
