Twatface! Unlike the Hall try this game was controlled by a neutral Ref. If the Aussies had been in control, that so called try in the dying minutes would have been awarded. The Ref could have blown you guys off the field with the amount of late tackles and lying on.Actually the score flattered you guys.
Even i as a true blue Aussie would agree with you on this.

2005 - 3N (Kiwis)
2006 - 3N (Kangaroos)
2008 - WC (Kiwis)
2009 - 4N (Kangaroos)
2010 - 4N (Kiwis)
2011 - 4N (Kangaroos)
2013 - WC (Kangaroos)
2014 - 4N (Kiwis)

It's 4 each in that time frame.

That's not even allowing for the total domination in ANZAC tests.

As pathetic as it is that the convicts seem to want to have a rest every couple of years, the emergence of this great kiwis side, and England gaining in confidence, really sets up the test series next year.

I reckon after this successful series that many are regretting this move have a rest year.

I thought the game was a great finish to a very entertaining series but I can't believe the whinging from us about the refereeing or the decisions. I really thought we were given so much latitude in the ruck area to the point of being ridiculously one-sided in favour of the Kangaroos. If it were an NRL ref then the last shots on Johnson would have been pulled up especially the shots attacking his legs. Well deserved victory by the Kiwis and I implore all other Aussie forumers to try and show a little bit of dignity in losing.

So...presumably because Australia beat Samoa by a bigger margin, that means Australia are 4N champions?

Even by convict standards, that's taking defeat badly

Kiwis were great to watch. Its only the simpletons of Australia (of which there are many - one of them was voted PM) that could dispute that.

Saw an aussie article the other day about cam smith becoming the most capped hooker in "the code's 106 year history". Remarkable ignorance. So if you mean by 'sucking up to the kiwis" you are actually referring to appreciating the game outside the SOO wankfest, perhaps you convicts should do a bit of sucking yourselves eh :sarcasm:

I always enjoy reading your posts Rob ,very informative and interesting, not like the majority of posts on here that are bitter and twisted. The Kiwis have won the last couple of games and that's how it stands,it also add's interest to our game, some posters need to get used to that idea

After the preceding doom and gloom and basically mass criticism of international RL, I'm not sure this comp could have gone better. Mostly tight games, decent attendances, competitive 4th nation. After a largely successful world cup, hopefully the club challenge offers good entertainment and the England kiwi test series serves up some more delights. Still huge advances required but you can't argue with the product we are getting lately

Well said! It was a great four nations. The Australian press who constantly bag international rugby league and bagged the World Cup have been massively positive towards the four nations and are now calling for internationals to be taken more seriously by the nrl. Bunch of hypocritical wankers.
