Impressed with how coherent this post is given it was 3am on a Saturday morning and I was hammered. How has he stepped up at every level? He is 31. His best days should be on his record. He averages 38 overall in first class cricket including 20 over the last season. He has never shown anything special at first class level.
He was picked purely on one day form which shows a) how stupid our selectors are and b) how much these selectors disrespect shield cricket
P.S. Doolan is also going along at a mediocre level this season
Rogers also needs to go. He's still not done enough to still be there.Twenty20 and ODI. I am also referring to how he was selected as captain for both these sides. His selection based on ODI form alone was always going to be iffy. I have no issue with people questioning his place in the side. If he performs poorly in the next 3 innings, I'm happy for him to be left out of the plane for SA.

Regardless, there is no room for Hoos, no matter who you deathride. The last thing we need is to see another 5 to 6 tests from him in the top order...praying that he'll come good, only to have another weakness exposed by the opposition, and for him to mentally disintegrate......again.
Don't care. If he or anyone else got 150 in every game it wouldn't warrant a test spot. If he or anyone else got 0 in every game it also shouldn't make them any less likely to get a test.Good to see Phil WilliamGilbertGrace play like a c**k again in T20
After all is said and done, we have the Ashes. England have nowt but tired chants.
I love how 90 percent of his advice is to act like a dickhead.
