Dipenaar has been rock solid. Very impressive. I've like Hall as a cricketer for a little while now too, very handy IMO.

Hall should be opening for Smith. Smith looks out of sorts right now. Hall definitely should be batting higher anyway.

I reckon Hall's deadset unlucky not to be a regular of their test team.

I reckon his bowling's better than they give him credit for.

Good recovery by SA but I think 263 on this pitch might not be enough.
