* The Oil Patch on the road - can't be MIdnight Oil...
* The Gold dude under the shop sign on the left - the goldfish is already Goldie I'm sure...or maybe not...
* The 3 guys on the roof just near the Gorillaz
* The chick on the top left left corner blowing a bubblegum bubble
* The 4 coloured boards middle left behind the choir...

the patch on the road is a hole not an oil patch - Hole
The gold dude is Yellow Man
The 3 guys on the roof are the Carpenters
The chick with the bubblegum is Blondie, the gold fish is Phish
the 4 coloured boards are the Doors


Hot tip, this version of the picture has been cropped a bit so theres 3 or 4 missing.
