Nah its just over its 137 x 520 or something but i went to add it and after i clicked submit the next page wouldn't load so i don't know whats doing. Is there a problem with the profile for attaching signatures at the moment or something?

No it won't let you even 1 pixel over the limit as far as I know, that's why I'm a bit confused about how some ppl's banners look about 300x500 :?

old banners that people had were not removed. If they deleted them and then went to add them again, they wouldn't be allowed.
