A 77 point turnaround is what we need.

The margin in the differentials between us and the Knights is 76 points. In order to make the finals, we need:

*Penrith to drop one game;

*The combined total of our victory against the Warriors and the Knights' loss to the Broncos to be 77 points.

Good thing is that the Knights v Broncos game is on Friday night next week so we'll know exactly what we need to do to the Warriors by the time we kick off next Saturday.

So let's all cross our fingers, say our prayers and get out to the game next weekend and cheer the boys home, and into the 2008 NRL Finals Series!

The fat lady might be warming up her vocal chords, but we still have a chance to ram a sock down the bitch's throat before she gets underway. Are we just gonna stand around and let her sing her stupid little song?

i love your optimism mate but i honestly think if theres a 50 point thrashing on we will be copping it not giving it

Do you remember the scene in Schindler's list where all the Jews where rounded up in a train, thirsting and heat exhausted and unsure of their fate. Schindler grabbed a hose and sprinkled water over the carriages. The Nazi thought it was the cruelest thing he could have done, give them hope.

Brisbane will want to send bennet off on a high, potentially their last home game, and the knights honeymoon wank fest over beating the storm will come thuding down with a thud by a 30-40 point loss

we just might scrape in, then its game on :cool:

At least we will know before the game what exactly will be required. Hopefully Broncs will pump the knights by about 30 and we can put 50 on the warriors.
And riddells might fly!

I have to agree with you Hineyrulz, BUT THIS IS QUITE PLAUSIBLE.

I reckon the Broncos can do a number on the knights on Friday night, in which case the game against the warriors may be possibly billed as a top eight qualifier.

Mathematically the eels are still a chance despite reports saying that their season is over.

It's unfortunately still got a heartbeat. And now we wait for another bitter disappointment...

Oh the knights, thinking that the eels will come to your aid considering the thrashing you gave us earlier on in the year lol. If we are not ahead by enough points with 70 to go, we should just throw the game to the warriors so you don't make the eight lol
