Newcaslte v Adelaide - Newcastle
Perth v Mariners - Perth
Queensland v NZ - QLD
Sydney V Melbourne - Sydney

All 4 home teams I imagine are pretty short priced favourites

As for Crowd predictions, its a bit of a mystery to everyone i spose.

In Newcastle i will say 12000

Perth normally always sells out, 15000-16000

Qld had sold 11000 rickets apparently, maybe get towards 20K??

Sydney should have 20000

I don't know enough about the teams...

Like a punt though. Was looking at the draw jets vs Adelaide...

I'll go with the Central Coast getting a draw (would be a good result) and the 3 favourites in the other games.

13,000 turned up to the newcastle game and slightly over 11,000 to the perth game.

steady as she goes crowd wise.

Interesting to note that only 9 and a bit thousand turned up for perths first ever NSL match back in the mid 90's. By mid season when the AFL was over they were averaging upwards of 17,000.

In the remaining games I've backed the Roar to beat the Knights easily, and Sydney FC to start off their season with a win over Melbourne.

Backed Newcastle and a Central Coast draw so far, so it's been a poor week. Still, steep learning curve, tipping a competition's first ever season

Saw perth vs CC game pretty boring apart from the goal

11,000 is a mediocre crowd by the Glory's standards. And a poor match last night as well. Glory are singlehandedly trying to drag the league back to NSL standards in terms of the quality of their football.
