Look, Skando still has the heart but the old legs just don't carry him like they used to. He put his hand up today and had a go but he just doesn't make any impact with the ball, too slow off the mark.

I will never bag the bloke because he has been a champion of the club but I think younger guys like Moors have more to offer.

I just hope the coaching staff have similar views come finals time.

Gibbs should be in the starting team along side Payten. Big Red would be best coming off the bench he is certainly not IMO in the same league as Gibbs, Payten and Fifita and to think some of the dumb journo's talk about him being a representative player.

Just once I would love to see Big Red run onto the ball when taking it up and that is run from 6, 7 or 8 metres back and make 5, 6, 7 metres from when he receives the ball rather than the standing starts that he has perfected so well.

I saw Sheens in the post match pressie say the reason for bringing Skando back is his influence on the young guys like Fifita and Dwyer.

Even though the game has past Skando by if he is having any impact on the young guys attitude (hard to tell from the other side of the country) playing him in one of games doesn't bother me too much.

If however come finals time and he is getting a game it would be a sad indication of Sheen's inability in recruitment and retention
