As it should be , i thought the penalty given away by Rudolph leading up to that again showed the inconsistency of refs , i must have watched a dozen flops exactly the same over the weekend , none penalized , i think it should be a penalty but not once in a while .

Rudolph was officially penalised for a flop, but the actual penalty was given to stop the shit that had started with the chambers/walker thing.
