Hey, I heard Manly were still in negotiations with him, Blocker Roach said it on 2GB. Does anyone know whether it is true? Whether it will happen? And whether his knee will ever be back to its best?

He was pretty average TBH,in a poor side.Looked alright towards the end of the season though when his injuries started wearing off, just before he picked up his latest one.If he can ever regain full fitness would be a good signing, but Im not sure whether he will ever be right again. Its a risk, thats for sure.

According to our local paper, Mouley was offered a deal from Manly....

How has he gone this year?

Well he's been injured for the majority of the season, despite playing in nearly every game. He had just started to show his true potential for us (Widnes) and looked to be getting back to full fitness....only for his injury to flair up again. Trouble is, we've had an awful year...currently fighting relegation.....so he hasn't really had the chance to shine. The three-quaters get little or no ball at all, but when he has been utilised he's shown why he finished amongst the NRL's top scorers a couple of years back and why people were talking about him as potential Queensland.

Apparantly he's back in "light" training, so there's a good sign. Whether his knee will ever be back to normal.....we'll have to wait and see I guess. :?

I hope we can hold on to him, but only if he is injury free.....no point in carrying a crocked player. I reckon if he's fully fit, he'll still do a job in Australia. But like the above poster said, it's one hell of a risk.

Thanks a lot for the reports. He would be a major risk, but one worth it with the 3/4's Manly have got contracted for next year.

He used to be so dangerous when he played for the Storm and it showed in the Rugby League game released last year! He carves up!
