it brings the cheating aspect into the game, when a guy hits it and he know he hits it but doesn't walk

that sort of thing causes heated things to happen in the middle and then we have that fiasco from a few years ago with Ponting and India

Either that, or we will be talking about an umpire "howler" turning/deciding a game.

The DRS isn't perfect but that is where its values lies.

Australia and England are just as guilty because they don't give a f**k what the Indians do as long as we have our beaks wet. Its like the Mafia.

Yep, exactly. Aust and England have pretty much aligned with them, so quit the complaining

Harris reminds me a lot of Shane Bond.

Could've gone down as one of the all time great fast bowlers had his career not been marred with injuries.

Yeah, that's a comparison I like to make - two absolutely outstanding bowlers who unfortunately couldn't play enough tests.

Pujara, btw, is a very very good test bat

Ha!
It could be proven beyond all doubt the system is reliable.
India are too arrogant and stubborn to change their minds.

Harris is seriously down on pace, and this is not the same Johnson as 2013/14. Not good.

I see a difference in the attitude of fast bowlers. They're bowling bouncers like before but they're not snarling and taking pleasure in it. Mitch just hit him and followed it up with another one and just turned around and walked back almost businesslike. A few months ago he'd be giving the batsman words or at least a stare.

There was more passion in the ashes because all the English players are cockheads and we just played them. Can't expect that kind of aggro every series even taking into account Hughes.

Massive wicket just before lunch, this pitch is a belter.

Great start  Might need some Kleenex out there.
