That is not true. How can RL start in a country because some guy in Sydney starts a twitter and FB account?

Albania representatives appeared at the RLEF AGM in Belgrade one month before he even started those pages. You can see this by looking on FB when the page was started compared to when they attended the AGM. Really disappointing that he tries to take credit for RL starting in Albania.

I still can't believe Mascord actually created all those accounts. I think he got about halfway through the 'B' countries before he realized it was a weird thing to do. Good luck to Albania anyway.

Balkan RL is a really positive story for the game. Hopefully they in combination with France can get a professional league off the ground in continental Europe. Imagine if Catalan, Toulouse and a fully professional and well funded Red Star Belgrade and Toronto Wolfpack were battling it out at the top of our third fully professional league. It would do wonders for the game in Europe and Canada.
