From a Highlanders perspective our squad isn't exactly what I wante, But it isn't to bad either. Im abit gutted that guys like Horton and Webb missed out. But on the other hand Im glad guys like Ben Smith, Tim Boys, Jason Macdonald and Paul Williams are in the squad, espically Paul Williams I just hope he can get back to the level he was playing before he broke his leg.

David nucifora the blues coach had no choice but to give toeava to the hurricanes he'll realise it was for the best cause it gives toeava a chance to play alongside tana umaga. The reason for toeva going to the hurricanes was rua tipoki of north harbour he told the nzrfu to exuse him from the draft because of personal reasons so that he can stay within the area. Tipoki was not wanted by nucifora an was not going to be in the the protected 22 but nucifora would of picked him up in the draft anyway. Nucifora was told by the nzrfu to inlclude tipoki in his protected 22 and give toeava to the hurricanes.

He will be the fullback for us. Him running off Nonu, Tana and Smith is a very very exciting prospect.....

He is the new Cully...
