I know its late but i was quite surprised when i was at the Roosters V Broncos game on Good Friday to hear the Roosters' supporters boo Braith before a ball was even kicked! Im talking about the pre-match when they announce the players and sponsers etc.

Now as a supporter of a team thats NEVER won a premiership i find it quite disgracefull that u guys hate this bloke so much! I dont know if u expect him to walk staright into Freddy's boots at all but seriously coming from a team that didn't even make the 8 last year how much pressure do u(the FANS) want to put on him? Now i dont think he would of heard it(being in the dressing rooms), but if he did i would of expected the game he did play for u! SH**!

Give the bloke a bit of support and he might turn things around!

Just like it won't be the Bulldogs fans cheering their team off the field after the game. More like they'll be booing their own team after the hiding we give you this weekend.

It's the minority who call themselves foffers that do the booing etc - They are useless individuals who for some strange reason cling to the hope of one day playing NRL but alas it will never happen.

Don't show any pity for these poor deluded souls though.

Anasta is nothing but a show poney. He fired up when his contract was up last year, soon as he signed he settled back down again. He's not consistant, you will get a few good games from him here and there but hes nothing special and he should never wear a NSW jersey.

I believe he is the most over rated player in the Game!!!!

Maybe if you fix your halves combination then you may be able to make this claim.

Braith tried hard today, but I just don't think Finch and him is the answer for you guys. Mind you it was our forwards that paved the way for our victory in the second half of the game.

To all you people who can do nothing but criticise Anasta and Finch, I have a few things to say...

1. You all have very short memories:

Finch almost won Dally M Player of the Year in 2003, and you don't get mentioned in that field without having some decent talent.

Just last year Anasta was one of the only few Bulldogs playing well and single handedly won them at least 2 games. Now that he's gone this year, they are struggling big time, even with a virtual full-strength team (last year they struggled but that was due to injuries).

2. Our problem in the last few games hasn't been the halves, it's our backline!

When you take Minichiello and Cross out of the Roosters, I don't care if King Freddie himself was playing, we would still struggle (not to mention Soliola leaves a pretty big gap as well). Take Inglis, Slater, and King out of Melbourne and see how they go against a quality team at full strength?

3. The backline problems have made it far more difficult for Anasta because all of his time spent forming combinations with players who are no longer there and has had to start over with the replacements.

4. Take Minichiello out of any team and they'll struggle... oops i said that one :)
