Andrew Walker to Manly

The Sea Eagles are supposed to be signing Andrew Walker back from RU. They offered him a bigger contract than the Brumbies did to get him to stay. He said he wants to return to the excitement of the NRL, in an article on RugbyHeaven.

Is this a good signing for Manly, and the NRL?

Andrew Walker was rumoured to going to St George. To be honest, I was in two minds about it... he can play a number of positions in the backline and now has experience...when he played with Saints years ago, he was just a kid from the bush.

Nevertheless, I wondered how old his legs were getting. But after a bit, I warmed to idea... then I heard that Manly had him.. so I've gone off the idea again.

He should do allright.
