Anudjawun broke a run of outs at Moonee Valley last Saturday but stewards are investigating a positive swab taken from the gelding before his unplaced run at Caulfield on Thousand Guineas day.

Racing Analytical Services Limited analysts have advised stewards Anudjawun tested positive to the anti-inflammatory Ibuprofen before he finished ninth in the BMW Handicap (2400m) at Caulfield on October 16.

Stewards advised trainer Shaun Dwyer of the RASL report while the investigation into the matter in continuing.

Anudjawun scored his first win in more than three years when he took out the Art Series Group Hotel Handicap (3000m).
