Hey guys, thinking of Heading to Brooky on Saturday night to watch the might green machine give it to you eagles. Will I be safe in turning up half an hour before kick off or do you think I should pre- purchase the tickets from Ticket tek??

I think you should be safe, but try to get there a bit early otherwise you might be stuck outside when the game starts as everyone seems to arrive right before kick off. I think it was against the Roosters last year where they had to open the gates and let about 5000 people in. I hope we get a huge crowd! Something close to 20,000 should be a realistic goal

Saturday night V Raiders, 13,000 is a realistic target.

People don't go to the footy on the Northern Beaches at night, Look at the night life around them?

Surely you jest. We got 9,500 people to a 5.30 Saturday Trial Match

We will break 16 thousand people.

Tigers Fans travel well, Raiders don't.

Besides in the scheme of things there's a big difference between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.

you're right

at 7.30 there is no cricket matches, soccer matches etc. And the "night life" doesn't start till 10 or 11.

also, ever heard of the Sydney Green Brigade? 1st game of the year.

after your post i will up my estimate to 17,000 people.

I reckon we should see over 15,000 there....long offseason and people starving for Rugby League is a good mixture!
